Rare or Unique Examples or Prefixes

Any member can vote on an Example or a Prefix they believe is rare or unique, for instance an unusual configuration, a small production run, an uncommon marking or finish, or a hard-to-find serial range. This page ranks the entries with the most votes, so it works as a shared watch-list of what the community finds hardest to come by.

To vote, open an Example or a Prefix and click the Rare star beside its confidence tag; click it again to take your vote back. Each member gets one vote per entry. Votes are opinions, not verified facts: the Confirmed, Probable or Reported tag still shows how well an entry is documented. Only verified Examples are listed, and each list shows the top 25 below; the links under each list show everything that has received a vote.
